Being Production was started in 2012 by Mr. Nav Kishlay with an intention to create platform for performing arts professionals that would provide them with necessary opportunities to project their talents and potential in front of the audience. Nav has an extensive experience of more than 20 years as he started his journey of being performer from an early age of 8 years. During his college days in Delhi University he was actively involved with Shoonya The theater society if Ramjas College as an actor, music director, director and script writer. He has worked with and trained by stalwarts like Mr. Nimu Bhaumik, Parnab Mukherjee, Amitesh Grover, Habib Tanveer, Aadil Hussain, Saad Khan and many more. His concept was to focus on alternate theater angan manch, a style devised Badal Sircar. He has extensively worked A journey that started with a workshop attended by 5 participants in September 2012 where they learnt about Navarasa and Natyashastra paved the way for its performance named Listen Little Man (Monologue) at Atta Galatta Bangalore. The play got a good response from the audience and became a part of Short Sweet Competition 2013 February performed at Rangashankara Bangalore. By October 2012 the production got its second Founder member Dr. Pooja Pandey Tripathi who initially joined the team as an actor and artist. Over a period of time she graduated to become one of the driving force of the Production house.
